Federated Over-Air Subspace Tracking From Incomplete and Corrupted Data

In this work we study the problem of Subspace Tracking with missing data (ST-miss) and outliers (Robust STmiss). We propose a novel algorithm, provide guarantee for both these problems. Unlike past on topic, current does not impose piecewise constant subspace change assumption. Additionally, proposed algorithm is much simpler (uses fewer parameters) than our previous work. Secondly, extend approach its analysis to provably solving problems when federated over-air communication modality used information exchange between K peer nodes center. validate theoretical claims extensive numerical experiments.
